We can produce metal pieces with several contours for you with aid of CNC-Punching-Nibble-Laser-Centre. With an integrated laser we realize small ones and bigger ones as well as complicated contours of metal workpieces.
The maximal thickness of materials depends on the kind of material and the cutting methods we use.
Additional variations of processing like transformations, thread forming or the attaching of extrusions complete the spectrum of our services.
Bending of root ring is possible by the use of bending tools on eccentric presses and horizontal bending machines.
Special bending pieces in larger series can be cost-efficient produced in our Punching-Bending-Centre. The maximal material width shouldn’t be higher than 40 mm and the material thickness shouldn’t pass 6mm. The working with coil affords an effective processing of metal pieces.
There are presses with cutting pressures from 15 to 100 tons in our ALTEC eccentric press park. Coil material can be processed up to a material thickness of 80 mm on a 63 ton cutting press without any problems.
Metals and nonferrous metals can get formed up to 8 mm thickness and 120 mm width with a horizontal bending machine.
Mechanical press brakes are able to form metal up to 1 m width, 3 m maximal length and 8 mm (aluminium/steel) or rather 5 mm thickness (stainless steel).
