With adapted manual welding points and well versed welder’s single components and small series of high quality can get produced. We’re an authorized welding company with a welding supervisor.

Licenses and certificates
 

• Execution class EXC2 with EC-certificate about WPK
• Manufacturer’s qualification class C by DIN 18800-7 with scope “Stainless steels according to building approval Z-30.3-6”
• Manufacturer’s qualification according to DIN V class B

Welding methods MIG / MAG

Our robotic welding point produces medium- and great series. Whether 100 or 1000 pieces - we realize welded connections with a great looking and high quality.

Spot welding / Stud welding

For electronic- or monitor housing we use resistance welding to join metal pieces. The fusion process between metal components and standard components take place here.
